No encroachment shall be permitted in existing or <br />required drainage and utility easements. <br />b. Corner Lots. On corner lots, nothing shall be placed or allowed to <br />grow in such a manner as materially to impede vision between a <br />height of two and one-half (2-1/2) and ten (10) feet above the <br />centerline grades of the intersecting streets within fifteen (15) feet <br />of the intersecting street right-of-way lines. This restriction shall <br />also apply to the planting of crops and to yard grades that result in <br />elevations that impede vision within fifteen (15) feet of any <br />intersecting street right-of-way lines. <br />3-9 <br />
