5. SICK LEAVE: Article 16.2 revised to read: Sick leave accrued beyond 720 hours will <br />be paid to the Post -Retirement Health Care Savings Plan for the employee at 50 percent <br />of the amount earned up to a maximum of 960 hours. (Previously, amounts were paid <br />to a deferred compensation plan.) <br />6. CLOTHING ALLOWANCE: The annual clothing allowance increases by any wage <br />adjustment; therefore, the annual clothing allowance will be $865.17 in 2021 and <br />$884.64 in 2022. <br />7. AVAILABILITY PAY: The monthly stipend increases by any annual wage adjustment; <br />therefore, Sergeants will be provided a monthly stipend of $127.36 in 2021 and $130.23 <br />in 2022. <br />8. POST RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN: Clarifying language added noting <br />that years of service is calculated based on years of service to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />9. FIREFIGHTER STIPEND: Increases to $1.51 per hour in 2021 and $1.54 in 2022. <br />Thereafter, increases will be equivalent to the annual wage increase. <br />10. PERSONAL TIME OFF: New Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) allowing the City <br />to offer new Sergeants the choice to elect vacation/sick leave or PTO/extended illness <br />leave pursuant to the City's personnel policy. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 20-163, Approving the 2021-2022 Labor <br />Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and LELS Local No. 260. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution No. 20-163 <br />
