Phase I grading <br />was approximately 140 acres and Phase II grading was approximately 20 acres. Phase III will <br />grade out the balance of the site, approximately 212 acres. As required, a Watermark 4th Addition Home Plans summary <br />booklet and Architectural Standards Matrix were submitted. The booklet and matrix detail <br />compliance of the housing products with the resolutions in regards to exterior materials and <br />styles, house elevations and garage and porch requirements. There are 20 different single family <br />house plans with multiple facade and elevation options for a combination of over 100 different <br />housing styles proposed for the 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Color packages and anti-monotony plans will be included with each building permit application <br />to ensure that the homes elevations are varied with a minimum of five different styles and those <br />homes in proximity to each other not look alike in terms of the combination of color of siding, <br />accent and roofing materials.
