The Environmental Coordinator Memo <br />dated January 7, 2021 notes some minor comments such as seed mix types, clear vision areas and <br />planting details. <br /> <br />Subdivision Ordinance <br /> <br />Conformity with the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code <br /> <br />The Watermark 4th Addition final plat has been reviewed for compliance with the comprehensive <br />plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance.
