2. Landlord will have on ongoing option to terminate the Lease with no less than 12 <br />months written notice to Tenant any time after 60 months of this Lease. The Lease can only <br />terminated by the Landlord if the space will be used by the City of Lino Lakes or another gov- <br />ernment agency. <br />3.
