To mitigate, a <br />catch basin and storm sewer pipe outlet to Second Avenue are being installed. <br />Utilities <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />An 8" sanitary sewer main exists along both Elm Street and Second Avenue. The <br />existing house is connected to municipal sanitary sewer. The new house will also be <br />connected to municipal sanitary sewer. <br />Watermain <br />A 12" watermain exists along Elm Street. The existing house is connected to municipal <br />watermain. <br />A 6" watermain exists along Second Avenue. The new house will also be connected to <br />municipal watermain. <br />Public Land Dedication <br />The City will require cash in lieu of land dedication for the new lot. Trees removed are in the basic use area and will not require mitigation <br />trees to be planted. <br />Landscaping <br />Canopy cover, foundation landscaping, open area landscaping and buffer and screens are <br />not required for the 2 lot residential subdivision. <br />Boulevard Trees <br />2 <br />
