The <br />applicant is proposing to connect to the southernmost sanitary service stub along 2nd <br />Avenue. It is recommended that the additional sanitary service stub is removed in the <br />future when 2nd Avenue is reconstructed. <br />Transportation <br />The site is located at the intersection of Elm Street and Second Avenue. There is currently a <br />33-ft wide easement along Elm Street on the north side of the property. The Second Avenue <br />right-of-way varies in width, but is 80-ft wide at a minimum and shall remain 80-ft wide near <br />the property.
