<br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota Page | 14 <br />F. Project schedule <br />Baker Tilly has the resources to begin your Utility Rate Study immediately upon receiving <br />the notice to proceed. We will complete the project with a draft report by April 21, 2021 and <br />a final report by May 19, 2021 provided that all necessary information is made available to <br />Baker Tilly in a timely manner and the City staff are available for meetings as needed <br />according to the approved schedule. <br />Below is a tentative timeline based on previous rate studies conducted for similar <br />Minnesota municipalities. Upon selection, we will work with you to further refine the timing <br />of project milestones to meet City deadlines and objectives. <br /> <br />Timeline Milestone <br />Month 1 − Project kick-off meeting <br />− Develop mutually agreed-upon timeline and work plan <br />Month 2 <br />− Review of data provided by staff <br />− Fieldwork to finalize analysis of historical data, assumptions and forecasted results <br />− Consultant draft and review preliminary report <br />Month 3 <br />− Staff review of preliminary findings and recommendations <br />− Preliminary findings presented to staff <br />− Final report presented to City Council <br />Meeting project schedules <br />Baker Tilly has a long history of successfully meeting our clients’ schedules and we are <br />committed to meeting every deadline set forth by the City.
