M OPO'A 0 Petition for Road Improvements and Walking Trail on Holly Drive West and 12th Avenue We, the undersigned residents request that Holly Drive West and 12`h Avenue South 1 e widened and upgraded, as recommended by the City Staff and Engineering Consultants, and agreed upon by the City Council of Lino Lakes -- using MSA (Municipal State Aid) funding. These upgrades were to be installed contingent upon the approval of the preliminM plat for the Trappers' Crossing subdivision in 1994. We additionally request, due to the large volume of pedestrian traffic and children in the residential neighborhoods in this area -- and the related safety concerns - that a paved walking and biking trail be installed in the right-of-way, along 12rh Avenue South and Holly Drive West from Birch Street to County Road J- in conjunction with these road improvements.
