I OA Petition for Road Improvements and Walking Trail on Holly Drive West and 12th Avenue We, the undersigned residents request that Holly Drive West and 12`h Avenue South be widened and upgraded, as recommended by the City Staff and Engineering Consultants, and agreed upon by the City Council of Lino Lakes -- using MSA (Municipal State Aid) funding. These upgrades were to be installed, contingent upon the approval of the prelimin@U plat for the Trappers' Crossing subdivision in 1994. We additionally request, due to the large volume of pedestrian traffic and children in the residential neighborhoods in this area -- and the related safety concerns - that a paved walking and biking trail be installed in the right-of-way, along 12`h Avenue South and Holly Drive West from Birch Street to County Road J— in conjunction with these road improvements.
