6. The Declaration of Access Control regulates access along Otter Lake Road. <br /> 7. A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is required in conjunction with the <br /> construction of the retail building. <br /> The following items being addressed prior to release of final plat mylars: <br /> 1. A Development Agreement shall be approved by the City Council, executed and <br /> recorded against the property. <br /> 2. A draft copy of the Declaration of Driveway Easement shall be submitted to the <br /> City for review and approval prior to recording. <br /> a. The private sidewalk shall be added to the declaration. <br /> b. An exhibit and legal description detailing the location of the easement <br /> shall be drafted and included with the Declaration. <br /> c. The document shall be reformatted for consistency in font and size. <br /> 3. A copy of the RCWD permit shall be submitted to the City. <br /> 6. A recorded copy of the Development Agreement, Declaration of Driveway <br /> Easement and Declaration of Access Control shall be submitted to the City. <br /> The following items being addressed prior to issuance of building permit: <br /> 1. Final site plan, landscaping, architectural, lighting and signage plans shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the City. <br /> The following items being addressed prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> 1.
