A Notice of Decision was issued by RCWD on December 12, 2019. Per the report, two wetlands were delineated on site totaling 4.29 acres. Wetland A is a Type 1/2/3 seasonally flooded basin/fresh wet meadow/shallow marsh wetland complex and is approximately 2.59 acres. Wetland B is a Type 1/2/3 seasonally flooded basin/fresh wet meadow/shallow marsh wetland complex and is approximately 1.70 acres. Wetland A is located in the center of the site and Wetland B is located in the northeastern part of the property. Both wetlands extend off of the property. The project area is not located within the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Wetland Protection and Management Plan (CWPMP). The applicant is proposing 0.12 acres of disturbance to Wetland A and will be purchasing wetland banking credits.
