He is requesting a second driveway, 10 ft wide, <br /> onto Pinto Lane be allowed. There is currently one (1) driveway access onto Century Trail. City <br /> ordinance allows for one (1) curb cut/driveway on a single family lot. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> On August 6, 2020, Derek Sadowski submitted a building permit application to construct a 24 ft <br /> wide x 22 ft long detached accessory structure in the rear yard. The permit was issued on August <br /> 11, 2020. During construction, he inquired about a obtaining a permit for a driveway onto Pinto <br /> Lane and was informed that City zoning ordinance did not allow for a second driveway. <br /> 1 <br />
