Chair
Montain indicated that everyone had been provided a copy of this correspondence.
Chair Montain pointed out that there are nine openings coming up on the Commission. New members should take their seats as of January 1,
1998.
Commissioner Bening stated that according to the By-Laws, each member maintains his position
until a successor has been appointed.
Chair Montain indicated that members who do not apply will be considered"not interested" in
another term.
Commissioner DeMotts read the names of those whose terms are ending, as follows:
Commissioners Dahl, Lane, Montain, Solfest, Stoulil, Sullivan, Trehus, and Rehbein.
Chair Montain announced that election of officers will take place at the January, 1998 meeting.
