The depth of the lake and possible problems in dealing <br /> with this problems was also discussed. <br /> Mr. Lindy had arrived. <br /> There was a motion (could not hear who made the motion) to approve the <br /> following development plan for Country Lakes Park <br /> Phase I - BEACH AREA <br /> a) Lake Development <br /> b) Construction of Beach Area <br /> c) Construction of connecting Trail System <br /> Phase II - ACCESS ROAD - PARKING FACILITIES <br /> a) Access Road <br /> b) Parking Lot A <br /> c) Parking Lot B <br /> d) Parking Lot C <br /> PHASE III - CONSTRUCTION OF BATH HOUSE <br /> a) Drill water well <br /> b) Construct Septic system <br /> c) prepare footing and pour slab <br /> d) Construct building <br /> PHASE IV - FISHING & PICNIC AREA <br /> a) Lake Development <br /> b) Picnic Area <br /> c) Trail system <br /> PHASE V- BOAR LAUNCH FACILITY <br /> a) Lake Development <br /> b) Access Facility <br /> c) Trailer Parking Lot <br /> Mr. Scherer moved to approve the above schedule of development . <br /> Seconded by Mr. Flannery . Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Mr. Flannery moved to recommend a feasibility report on all phases of <br /> the development of the park. Seconded by Mr. Arntzen . Motion carried <br /> unanimously . <br /> There was discussion on the construction of the bathhouse - design , <br /> materias , changing areas need, interior facilities needed , etc. There <br /> was suggestion that Mr . Schumacher discuss this with an architect - <br /> just the basics to determine the size of a building with an estimated <br /> cost . This would give the Park Board some place to start . Mr. Arntzen <br /> and Mr. Lindy were appointed to work with the architect from Hugo on <br /> this matter. <br />
