Elsenpeter suggested sending a request to the Council on restrictive <br /> parking of vehicles other than park users . <br /> Moved that the Council restrict the use of the Lino <br /> Park parking lot to park users only and that employees and customers of <br /> Luther ' s Sport Shop refrain from using the parking lot at Lino Park . <br /> Seconded by L Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Chairman Johnson asked if the 5-Year C . I . P . had been submitted to the <br /> Council and Mr . Schumacher said , not yet . It will be submitted when all <br /> departments have completed their 5-Year C . I . P . All will be submitted <br /> at one time . He felt these should be before the Council sometime in <br /> September - before budget approval . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Mr . R. Johnson asked if the City office ever received information as to <br /> the sale of used bleechers ? The Lions Club is interested in obtaining <br /> some . Mr . Schumacher said there is a ' For Sale ' section in the League <br /> of Minnesota Cities magazine which is received once a month . He will <br /> watch those ads and report if there is any such items offered for sale . <br /> Mr . Schumacher noted that the Circle-Lex Lions Club had donated $500 . 00 <br /> to be used for the fencing at the Little League Fields as Sunrise - the <br /> Lino Lakes Lions Club had donated $500 . 00 as well as the Circle Pines <br /> Recreational Association the same amount . <br /> The $1500 . 00 had purchased enough fencing for the two fields at Sunrise . <br /> Mrs . LaBlond commented <br /> Chairman Johnson - take pictures while the work is in process . Mr . <br /> Schumacher asked if they were requesting that the press be notified for <br /> pictures and publicity and the Board said, Yes . This request will be <br /> forwarded to Mr . Volk to see that this is done . <br /> Mr . R . Johnson moved to adjourn . Seconded by Mr . Scherer . Aye . <br /> 1 <br />
