COUNTRY LAKES PARK <br /> Mr . Volk was asked for an update on the status of the development in this <br /> park . He reported that no work will done until the grant money is <br /> available . The archaeological study must be completed and all permits <br /> obtained - this must all be put in a packet for the State before the funds <br /> are available . <br /> Chairman Johnson asked for a complete report from Mr . Schumacher on this <br /> Park to be presented at the July meeting . <br /> REVISED C . I . P . <br /> All members have a copy of this document . The Board members checked the <br /> updating of these figures , with discussion centering on the availability <br /> of funds for the implementation of this plan . <br /> Mr . LaBlond moved to accept the C . I . P . dated May 24 , 1982 . Seconded by <br /> Mr . Arntzen . Motion carried unanimously . <br /> TENNIS COURTS - AREANA ACRES . <br /> A letter from E1 Rehbein & Son indicating that the courts will not be <br /> installed this year was discussed . <br /> Mr . Volk felt that the installation of the courts shoule be tied to the <br /> surfacing of the streets . <br /> There was discussion on assuring this would would be completed - It was <br /> suggested that the tennis court surfacing be tied to the Letter of Credit <br /> now held by the City for the completion of the streets . <br /> Mr . Arntzen moved to recommend to the Council that a Letter of Credit for <br /> the installation of the tennis court in conjunction with the installation <br /> of the streets in Arena Acres be required from E1 Rehbein & Son . Seconded <br /> by Mr . Scherer . Motion carried unnaimoulsly . <br /> Someone asked if there was any information on the installation of outfield <br /> fences at Sunrise Park. Chairman Johnson reported that the Lino Lakes <br /> Linos ' Club had donated money via the Centennial Recreational Association, <br /> the Circle-Lex Lions ' Club will match the donation and there is a possibility <br /> of some funds from the Centennial Recreational Association for the fence . <br /> The Centennial Recreational Association will provide labor for the in- <br /> stallation . There will be more on this at a latter date . It was noted <br /> this fencing is for the Little League Fields only . <br /> Mr. Scherer moved to adjourn . Seconded by Mrs . LaBlond . Aye . <br />
