January 4 , 1982 <br /> Page, Two <br /> There was a--continuation of the discussion on laying out horse trails <br /> thruouh the City. This discussion had started at the December meeting. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Volk reported on some problems with a couple of signs - this will be <br /> presented to Council for action. <br /> The Park Board spent some time reviewing the actions taken at the December <br /> 7 , 1981 meeting in order for the office to be able to prepare minutes . <br /> A private citizen stopped in to discuss the Shenandoah Park with the <br /> Park Board. He presented some problems that could possibly affect the <br /> useage of his property for entrance to '-the Park. <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br />
