Mr. Zelinka noted <br /> this lot did not meet the 10% requrement but cash in addition to the land would be <br /> acceptable. <br /> Mr. Volk noted that since outlot A was located on the southeast corner of the plat, in <br /> the future if the land to the south and east were developed the City could ask for park <br /> dedication that would add to outlot A making it a large all facility park. He also <br /> noted that the street does not go all the way to the outlot. Arrangements would have <br /> to b.e made for access. <br /> After further discussion, Mr. Foster moved to recommend that the Council accept outlot <br /> A and cash as the park dedication for Pine Oaks. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. <br /> Motion declared passed. <br /> Plat - Don Newpower <br /> A 120 acre plat submitted by Mr. Newpower located between County Road $84 and 24th Avenue <br /> was considered. <br /> Mr. Scherer moved to recommend to Council that lands located to the south of the proposed <br /> street out of block ##5 be accepted for park purposes. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. <br /> Motion declared passed. <br /> It was noted that if lands were developed to the south of this plat additional lands <br /> could be added to this park making it a large all facility park. <br /> Plat - Twilight II <br /> Mr. Foster moved to recommend to Council that cash in lieu of land be accepted for park <br /> purposes. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br /> Mr. Foster moved to adjourn at 10:00 P.M. Mr. Scherer seconded the motion. Motion <br /> declared passed. <br />
