Page-2- August 15, 1977 <br /> ^Upon considering Mr. Vo'I,k's proposed Park budget, Mr. Ringaman moved that if the upgrading <br /> if the south rink at Sunrise Park is not funded for this current year that funds be budget- <br /> ed for 1978 for upgrading or a new rink. Mr. Olson seconded the motion. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Mr. Gredvig moved that the Park Board recommends to the City Council that the $10,000.00, <br /> 72 car parking lot be paid for with general revenue or at municipal expense. Mr. Ringa- <br /> man seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Ringaman noted to Mr. Volk that at the new parking lot at the north end of Sunrise Park <br /> the strap is low enough for anyone to drive over. Mr. Volk said he would look at it. <br /> Also Mr. Ringaman noted that the outfield line marker is pulled outof the ground. <br /> Mr. Gredvig moved to recommend the budget as Mr. Volk proposed to Council with the except- <br /> ion of the parking lot and adding the hockey rink if it is not upgraded in 1977. Mr. <br /> Olson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Gredvig noted that the park dedication in Country Lakes is still in negotiation. <br /> Mr. Schneider noted that the Council may change the formula for computing money in lieu <br /> of land dedication on new plats. He will have more on this later. <br /> Mrs. Anderson showed the Board members copies of the plats Caroles Estates, Rohavic Oaks, <br /> and West Oaks of Bald Eagle. <br /> i-.�4ew Business <br /> Mr. Resch requested a key to the shop so that he could turn on lights during football <br /> practice. <br /> Mr. Gredvig moved to give Mr. Resch a key during football season. Mr. Olson seconded the <br /> motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Gredvig moved to adjourn at 9:30 P.M. Mrs. Liljedahl seconded the motion. Aye. <br />
