Page -2- April 18, 1977 <br /> Budget <br /> The Park budget, cash flow and the method of accounting for the Park Department was dis- <br /> cussed. It was noted that the dedicated funds (monies received from area developers in <br /> lieu of park land) are recorded separately. The Park Board can control where this money <br /> is going. <br /> The purchase of a mower was discussed. This mower is to be used for Park purposes only. <br /> Mr. Gredvig moved to recommend to the Council that this mower be purchased and that Mr. <br /> Volk submit a requisition stating the mower specifications and the exact price. Mr. Ring- <br /> aman seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Schneider suggested that Mr. <br /> Volk attend the next Council meeting to answer any questions that the Council may have <br /> about this purchase. Mr. Schneider noted that this purchase will come out of dedicated <br /> funds. <br /> Other Business <br /> Satelites were discussed. . Mr. Ringaman moved to recommend to Council that two satelites <br /> be placed at Sunrise Park Starting May I , 1977 and one at Lino Park and one at City Hall <br /> Park starting June I , 1977 throught August, 1977. Mr. Gredvig seconded the motion. Mot- <br /> ion carried unanimiously. Mr. Schneider suggested that Mr. Volk have a requisition for <br /> the satelites with exact prices for the Council to consider. <br /> Mr. Ringaman said he would contact Mr. Volk and let him know what needs to be done at <br /> Sunrise Park. <br /> Ms. Spain and Ms. Roberts presented their final concept maps of City Hall Park. They <br /> explained the drawings to the Park Board and showed slides of what could be included in <br /> the Park. <br /> Mr. Schneider asked the ladies if they could make this same presentation to the Council <br /> May 9, 1977. They said they would. <br /> Mr. Resch asked the ladies what expenses they have incurred and what the Park can expect <br /> to pay each of them. Ms. Spain listed: Maps $6.00, Prints $3.00, Film/Development $10.00, <br /> Travel , $15.00 plus $75.00 for Ms. Spain and $75.00 for Ms. Roberts. <br /> Ms. Spain asked Mrs. Anderson to have someone measure the distance from Rondeau Road to <br /> the City Hall driveway and from the driveway to the first ballfield. The exact distances <br /> are needed for additonal drawings. <br /> Mr. Ringaman moved to adjourn at 10: 15 P.M. Mrs. Averbeck seconded the motion. Aye. <br />
