Page -2- March 21 , 1977
,ity Hall Plan
Ms. Roberts and Ms. Spain asked the Commission to give them their ideas on what should
be placed in City Hall Park and where it should be placed. After a gread amount of dis-
cussion it was decided:
Storage Building - be placed just north of the municipal building and allow enough area
for a driveway.
Soccer & Football Fi4td - This area should be placed north of the storage building. It
was felt it would have the best access there.
Tennis Courts - It was determined this area be large enough for basketball and volleyball
as well and be placed west of the municipal building next to the parking
lot.
Ice Rinks - The hockey and pleasure rinks should be placed near each other and not to
far from the well . It was also suggested that they not necessarily be on
the same level and the pleasure rink could meander amoung the trees.
Shelter - It was suggested that the shelter could be double the proposed size and loc-
ated near the ice rinks.
Tot Lot - This area should be adjacent to the shelter.
^1s.
