Page -2- February 21 , 1977
,^Mr. Ringaman suggested that the report be compiled on a fiscal basis and submitted to
the Council prior to preparing the budget.
Mr. Ringaman moved to prepare an annual report as required in Ordinance #57, Section
14 E on a fiscal year basis and submit it to the Council at budget time. Mrs. Liljedahl
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Schneider suggested meeting with the Centennial Hockey Assn. in June or July to
discuss the coming year Hockey season. Since this would be prior to the budget it
would give the Commission time to consider improvements or requests in the budget.
Mr. Ringaman felt it would be better to meet with the Hockey Assn. immediately after
this years Hockey season. Mr. Ringaman asked Mrs. Anderson to invite the Centennial
Assn. to the next meeting to discuss this season.
There was discussion regarding the 1976 and 1977 Hockey Season expenses comparisons.
Mr. Gredvig wondered if the budgeted monies saved this season could be spent some where
else in the Park budget. Mr. Schneider said he would check with the Auditor on this.
Mr. Resch said he felt that the Commission members should work separately on their
ideas for City Hall Park. The ideas can then be shared at the March Commission meet-
ing.
Mr. Ringaman noted that the hockey light at Sunrise Park had been on late quite a lot
recently. He asked Mrs. Anderson to check with Mr. Volk about this.
VIR. Gredvig moved to adjourn at 9:45 P.M. Mr. Ringaman seconded the motion. Aye.
