Mr. McLean emphazied the fact that the City will not be responsible for
any vandalism that might occur while they are parked there.
The Little League has requested that some sort of a fence be installed
in front of the players benches at the ball diamonds. There would be
need for 2 - V x10` fences. Mr. Backlin is to look into this, using .
materials on hand at the Hall.
After some discussion, Mrs. Kendall moved to recommend to the Council
that a second ball diamond be graded North of the present one at the
Hall property. This diamond will be staked by Mr. Kent and Mr. Resch.
The estimated cost of grading and limestone will be $300.00. The back-
stop to be constructed from materials on hand. Seconded by Mr. Resch.
Motion carried.
Mrs. Brisson and Firs. LeTourneau are working on an extended long range
plan for all Parks and a report is expected at the June meeting. Mr.
Kent and Mr. Resch should have the Hall property plans finalized for that
meeting. Mr. Clausen and Mrs.]endall are working on such a plan for
Sunrise Park and hope to have some plans for this meeting also.
Mr. Clausen moved to adjourn at 10:00 P.M.
