Property being replatted with the same number of lots shall be <br /> exempt from park and trail dedication requirements if similar <br /> requirements were satisfied in conjunction with an earlier <br /> platting. If the number of lots is increased, then"the park and trail <br /> •dedication shall be based on the additional lots added to the <br /> plat. (Ord. 490, sec. 18, 3-1-93) <br /> 10-4-9: MINIMUM DESIGN FEATURES: The design features <br /> set forth in this Chapter are minimum requirements. The <br /> City may impose additional or more stringent requirements concerning <br /> lot size, streets and-overall design as deemed appropriate considering <br /> the property being subdivided.
