The Planning and Engineering Reports are attached <br /> for your information and will be reviewed at the Council Meeting. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this plat and recommended <br /> approval with the following conditions: <br /> 1. No building permits will be issued on Outlots 1 and 2 until <br /> utilities become available. No assessments will be levied until <br /> utilities become available. <br /> 2. Right of dray dedication and financial security for upgrading of <br /> Ware Road shall be as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> 3. The side lot line separating Lots 6 and 7, Block 1 shall be <br /> reconfigured to lie radial to the adjacent cul-de-sac. <br /> 4. Street names shall be subject to City approval. <br /> _5. The proposed wetland mitigation plan is subject to approval by <br /> the Army Corps of Engineers and the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> 6. The lot Layout shown on the submitted grading and drainage plan <br /> is changed to match that shown on the preliminary plat. Grading <br /> and drainage subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 7. A utility plan is approved by the City Engineer. <br /> S. Ten foot wide utility easements are provided along rear and <br /> other lot lines subject to review and comment by City Engineer. <br /> 9. Drainage easements established and subject to review and comment <br /> by City Engineer. <br /> 10. Park Dedication and trails subject to approval of the Park <br /> Board. <br /> 11.
