The subdivision is reconfigured such that Lots 1 and 2, Block <br /> 1 are provided internal access from the subdivision. This <br /> issue should be subject to further comment by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 2. The City Engineer provide comment/recommendation in regard to <br /> right-of-way dedication associated with Ware Road and the need <br /> for a financial security for the eventual upgrading of Ware <br /> Road. <br /> .1. The side lot line separating Lots 8 and 9, Block 1 is <br /> reconfigured to lie radial to the adjacent cul-de-sac_ <br /> 4. The subdivision' s cul-de-sac is specifically named. Such <br /> street naive shall be subject to City approval . <br /> S. The proposed wetland mitigation plan is subject to approval by <br /> the A_-rmy Corps of Engineers and Rice Creek Watershed District . <br /> n <br /> 6 . The lot layout shown on the submitted grading and drainage <br /> plan is changed to match the lot configuration shown on the <br /> preliminary plat. The grading and drainage plan shall be <br /> subject to review and approval by the City Engineer_ <br /> 7. A utility plat is submitted subject to review and approval by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> 8 . Ten foot wide utility easements are provided along rear and <br /> other lot lines . This issue should be subject to comment/ <br /> recommendation by the City Engineer. <br /> 9 . The City Engineer provide comment/recommendation in regard to <br /> drainage easement establishment . <br /> 10 .
