Evaluation of Sites for Park, Recreation, and Forestry Department <br /> South Athletic Complex City of Lino Lakes <br /> Evaluation Sheet for Parcel "D" - <br /> Location: Holly Drive and County Road"J" Zoning Status:Rural <br /> Parcel Size: Approximately 82.5 Acres MUSA Une Status:Outside Current Metropolitan Urban Services Area <br /> Evaluation Criteria Evaluation Statements- <br /> Location The site is bounded on the west by Holly Drive and on the south by County Road"J". It is the <br /> "Is the site centrally located with respect to most centrally located of the sites being considered. It is also the furthest to the south. It is <br /> user populations and other park system about equal driving distance from the population center(n the south half of the city).
