Evaluation of Sites for Park, Recreation, and Forestry Department <br /> South Athletic Complex City of Lino Lakes <br /> ban Services Since the site lies outside the Metropolitan Urban Seivices.Area (MUSA), public utilities(i.e., <br /> "Can the site be serviced by public utilities, water and sanitary sewer)are not currently available.' Given current land uses,zoning and <br /> including water,storm sewer,sanitary sewer, development scenarios,it is unlikely that urban services would be extended to this area in the <br /> electrical,and telephones?" foreseeable future. <br /> Surrounding Land Use A number of residential properties abut the north end of the site. All of which are of rural lot <br /> "What impacts will development have on size and accessible via Holly Drive.The site is bounded on the west by wetlands and Cedar <br /> surrounding land uses?" Lake.Agricultural lands abut the east and south sides of the site. Surrounding land uses <br /> should not pose any significant site development concerns. <br /> Archaeological Significance Based on a cursory review,there are no recorded findings of historicallcuttural artifacts on this <br /> "Is there any potential that historicallcultural site.
