Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (All members present.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from March 1, 1999 <br /> (Minutes were approved as written.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (No additions or deletions to the agenda.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (Sharon Lane said she has been appointed to the Planning and Zoning <br /> Board. She told the board she enjoyed her time on the board and thanked <br /> them for their assistance. Paul and the other members thanked Sharon for <br /> her time on the board.) <br /> 5. Welcome and Introduction of New Park Board Members <br /> (Rick welcomed Chris Welsand and Joe Boyle to the board.) <br /> A. Determine Park Liaisons <br /> (Rick said new liaisons will have to be assigned to the Parks that Joe Schmidt <br /> and Sharon Lane represented. It will be done at a future meeting.) <br /> 6. Review Proposal Related to Behm's Century Farm Park <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion that providing it is legal to sell park land, <br /> staff and developer should do some creative planning with the lots and money, <br /> then bring it to a neighborhood meeting to see if the residents are agreeable to the <br /> proposal. Rick should bring it back to the May Park Board meeting. Seconded <br /> by Pam Taschuk and approved.) <br /> 7. Review Preliminary Plat, SMA Construction, Inc. for 10 Single Family Lots <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to approve the trail plan as outlined with a <br /> temporary access for trail to come back to 121h Avenue. Pat Huelman seconded <br /> the motion and it was approved.) <br /> 8. Review Block Party Wagon Policies and Application Form <br /> (Rick read memo and answered board members questions.) <br />
