Call to Order and Roll Call (Present were George Lindy, Pat Huelman,Joe Schmidt, Sharon Lane, and Paul Montain. Absent were Pam Taschuk and Jeff Reinert.) 2. Approval of Minutes from February 1, 1999 (Sharon Lane made a motion to approve the February 1, 1999 minutes. Seconded by Paul Montain and approved as written.) 3. Setting Agenda (Rick added the Arndorfer Property Subdivision after item#7.) 4. Open Mike A. Accept Donation from Forest Lake Area Athletic Association (Chad Bruner was present to give the Park Board a $2,500 donation from the FLAA and a $500 donation from the Lino Lakes Area Girls Softball.) 5. Presentation of Final Master Plan—Marshan Park and Behm's Century Farm Park (Candace Olson and Jeff Brauer presented the final master plan for Marshan Park and Behm's Century Farm Park. Paul Montain made a motion to accept the Marshan Park master plan as presented. Seconded by Pat Huelman. Approved. Pat Huelman made a motion seconded by Sharon Lane to accept the Behm's Century Farm master plan as presented. Approved.) 6. Discussion of Amended Plat—Behm's Century Farm 5th Addition (John Johnson did presentation and answered Park Board members questions.) 7. Discussion of Preliminary Plat—Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (Jeff Smyser did presentation. He explained there would be a 5.5 acre park in the first phase. It could be developed as early as the summer of 1999. There was discussion about trails and green space. Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pat Huelman to move forward with the plan for Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition. Approved) 7A. Arndorfer Property Subdivision: (Rick presented this to the Park Board. Members discussed this issue and suggested a trail along along 12th Avenue.)
