Approval of Minutes from February 1, 1999 <br /> (Sharon Lane made a motion to approve the February 1, 1999 minutes. Seconded <br /> by Paul Montain and approved as written.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (Rick added the Arndorfer Property Subdivision after item#7.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> A. Accept Donation from Forest Lake Area Athletic Association <br /> (Chad Bruner was present to give the Park Board a $2,500 donation from the FLAA <br /> and a $500 donation from the Lino Lakes Area Girls Softball.) <br /> 5. Presentation of Final Master Plan—Marshan Park and Behm's Century <br /> Farm Park <br /> (Candace Olson and Jeff Brauer presented the final master plan for Marshan Park <br /> and Behm's Century Farm Park. Paul Montain made a motion to accept the Marshan <br /> Park master plan as presented. Seconded by Pat Huelman. Approved. Pat Huelman <br /> made a motion seconded by Sharon Lane to accept the Behm's Century Farm master <br /> plan as presented. Approved.) <br /> 6. Discussion of Amended Plat—Behm's Century Farm 5th Addition <br /> (John Johnson did presentation and answered Park Board members questions.) <br /> 7. Discussion of Preliminary Plat—Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition <br /> (Jeff Smyser did presentation. He explained there would be a 5.5 acre park in the <br /> first phase. It could be developed as early as the summer of 1999. There was discussion <br /> about trails and green space. Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pat Huelman to <br /> move forward with the plan for Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition. Approved) <br /> 7A. Arndorfer Property Subdivision: <br /> (Rick presented this to the Park Board. Members discussed this issue and suggested <br /> a trail along along 12th Avenue.) <br />
