f <br /> n 2 . Termination of a member 's appointment by a <br /> majority vote of the City Council or School Board who made <br /> the appointment; <br /> 3 . A commissioner misses three (3) unexcused <br /> consecutive regular meetings. <br /> A vacancy shall be filled by the City Council or School <br /> Board from which the vacancy occurred. <br /> Section 5. Meetings. <br /> A. The Commission shall have regular meetings <br /> scheduled by the Commission and the site of these meetings <br /> will be determined by the Commission and shall be open to the <br /> public. The regular meetings shall be held at least once per <br /> month at a time to be determined by the Commission. <br /> B. Special meetings of the Commission will be called <br /> by the chairperson or any two (2) other commissioners upon <br /> three (3) days written notice. Said notice shall contain the <br /> date, time, place and purpose of the special meeting. <br /> C. The Recreation Coordinator or a representative of <br /> the Recreation Coordinator is expected to attend all <br /> Commission meetings. <br /> Section 6. Bylaws. <br /> The Commission may adopt the bylaws, policies, rules, <br /> and procedures as it sees fit, and amend or modify from time <br /> to time as it deems appropriate. These bylaws, rules, <br /> policies and procedures may include the time, location, and <br /> frequency of its meetings, and such other provisions as may <br /> Page 4 <br />
