The Commission may accumulate reasonable reserve <br /> funds for the purposes of operating the recreation program <br /> and it may invest funds of the Commission not currently <br /> needed for the program' s operation in a manner and subject to <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota applicable to the cities <br /> and School District. <br /> n Trc Cori ss7- may collect noni es from parties- <br /> subject to the provisions of this Agreement. These monies <br /> shall not affect the base amount for the ensuing fiscal year. <br /> E. The Commission may accept gifts of real or <br /> personal property for public recreational purposes. <br /> F. The Commission may incur expenses and make <br /> expenditures necessary and incidental to the operation of the <br /> recreation program. No expenditures shall be made without <br /> prior approval by the treasurer of the Commission. If the <br /> Treasurer is unavailable, the chairperson will authorize <br /> approval. Approval will initially be verbal to the school <br /> district and a written approval shall be filed with the <br /> Commission' s monthly minutes and treasurer's report. The <br /> School District and Treasurer of the Commission shall co-sign <br /> all checks, drafts and orders from the North Metro Recreation <br /> Fund. <br /> Page 13 <br />
