r ' <br /> G. The School District shall provide the Commission a <br /> monthly account and report of all receipts and disbursements. <br /> H. The parties agree that they shall proportionately <br /> share all claims, looses, damages and expenses including <br /> attorney' s fees, which one or all incurs or which one or all <br /> becomes liable for because of a civil action arising out of <br /> the operation of the recreation program. Each party' s share <br /> shall be the same proportion as each party' s representation <br /> on the Commission. <br /> I. An audit of the funds in the North Metro <br /> Recreation Fund will be made annually. Said audit may be <br /> made in conjunction with an audit of the fund for the School <br /> District. The Commission shall be authorized to establish <br /> charges or fees for the use of any facilities to make any <br /> phase of the recreation program wholly or partially self- <br /> sustaining.
