r <br /> households in each City. Household number is revised in <br /> April of each year by the Metropolitian Council. <br /> 2. Each city's proportionate operating budget <br /> contribution shall be recalculated annually prior to the <br /> Commission' s recommendation of the next year' s budget. The <br /> city's contribution to the Commission shall be paid in four <br /> (4) equal installments on March 27, June 27 , September 27 and <br /> December 27 of each year. The contribution shall be due <br /> without the necessity of separate billing by the School <br /> District. <br /> B. The School District will provide the following: <br /> 1 . Disburse the Pecreat3n- Coordinator ' s salary <br /> and recreation program payroll, accounts payable and accounts <br /> !� receivable, worker ' s compensation, insurance, and all other <br /> expenses of the Commission which will be paid from the North <br /> Metro Recreation Fund, which will be funded by contributions <br /> from the City Councils and School Board. <br /> 2 . Office space at no cost to the Commission. <br /> 3 . Desk, office chair and filing cabinet at no <br /> cost to the Commission. <br /> 4 . Telephone and telephone system hookup at no <br /> cost to the Commission. Monthly service charges and long <br /> distance telephone charges will be paid from the Recreation <br /> Fund at no cost to the School District. <br /> 5. Access to the school district's duplicating <br /> equipment at no cost to the Commission. The Commission shall <br /> be responsible for the cost of the paper to be sold to the <br /> Page 15 <br />
