the City with reports concerning these matters. <br /> 12. Safety, Cleanup and Special Provisions . <br /> a. General. The operations of the Contractor shall <br /> be done in such a manner as to create a minimum disturbance <br /> to the residents of the City in the rendition of its <br /> services , to avoid interference with the use of other <br /> buildings or interruption of free passage to an,d from such <br /> buildings. <br /> b . Specific. The services required under the terms <br /> set forth in this Agreement shall be performed in a <br /> coordinated and safe manner as herein provided and <br /> particularly: <br /> ( 1) No combustible debris shall be thrown, stored <br /> or burned on adjacent parcels, sidewalks , <br /> streets or alleys, and any debris created must <br /> be disposed of as it is created and shall not <br /> be left to accumulate. <br /> (2) Dropping debris or other materials on adjacent <br /> property is forbidden, and dropping of debris <br /> or other material on sidewalks, streets and <br /> alleys is forbidden until said sidewalk, <br /> street or alley is properly barricaded. <br /> C. Adjacent Properties. Where adjoining structures <br /> are occupied, the Contractor shall advise the inhabitants as <br /> to when any services will be initiated and of the hazards <br /> involved. The Contractor shall also take whatever steps are <br /> necessary to protect the adjoining owners and tenants from <br />
