The Contractor shall advise <br /> inhabitants of private residences at least 24 hours prior <br /> to beginning any services will be initiated and performed on <br /> their property and of any hazards involved. <br /> 13. Risk of Loss. The City assumes no responsibility <br /> for the condition of existing buildings and structures and <br /> other property nor for their continuance in the condition <br /> existing at the time this Agreement is executed by the City. <br /> 14. Live Utilities and Other Property. <br /> a. The Contractor shall assume all responsibility <br /> for damages attributable to him to any property upon or <br /> passing through the project area. <br /> b . Care of Work. <br /> a. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damage <br /> to persons or property that occur as a result of his fault or <br /> negligence in connection with the prosecution of the work and <br /> shall be responsible for the proper care and protection of <br /> all work performed until completion and final acceptance, <br />
