Contractor and to be conditioned as required by Minnesota <br /> Statutes; Section 574. 26. <br /> 18. Insurance. <br /> a. The Contractor shall carry Workmans Compensation <br /> Insurance for all its employees and those of its <br /> subcontractors engaged in work at the site, in accordance <br /> with State Workmans Compensation Laws . <br /> b . The Contractor shall carry public liability <br /> insurance with limits of not less than $100 , 000. 00 for any <br /> one person, and $300, 000. 00 for any one accident to protect <br /> the Contractor and his subcontractors against claims for <br /> injury to or death of one or more than one person or <br /> accidents which may occur or result from operations under the <br /> Contract; such insurance shall cover the use of all <br /> equipment necessary to perform the services described in this <br /> Agreement . <br /> C. The Contractor shall carry, during the life of <br /> this Agreement, property damage insurance with limits in an <br /> amount of not less than $50, 000. 00 to protect him and his <br /> subcontractors from claims for property damage which might <br /> arise from operations under this Agreement. Such policy <br /> shall include provisions for damage resulting from any <br /> explosion, the collapse of or structural injury to any <br /> building or structure due to excavation including burrowing, <br /> filling or backfilling in connection therewith, or to <br /> tunneling, moving, shoring, underpinning or demolition. This <br /> insurance will also include injury or destruction of wires, <br />
