DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br /> 3825 85TH AVENUE NORTH <br /> MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55443 <br /> (612) 424-8550 <br /> September 9, 1988 <br /> Don Volk <br /> City of Lino Lakes <br /> 1189 Main Street <br /> Lino Lakes , Minnesota 55014 <br /> Dear Don, <br /> This letter is to recap our agreement with the Lino Lakes <br /> Park Board on the matter of park dedication for Reshanau Lake <br /> Estates South. <br /> The Board agreed to accept the park land as noted on the <br /> final plat and outlined on Exhibit A, attached, for the total <br /> dedication for the 80 acries with the following conditions : <br /> 1 ) Developer will work with City staff in coordination <br /> and lay out of final walkway design. <br /> 2 ) Developer will subcut a walkway 8' wide and cover with <br /> crushed class 2 or 5 limestone as outlined on Exhibit A or <br /> as redesigned by Developer and City staff . <br /> 3 ) Area of walkway on west end of pond and through park <br /> up to the 20 ' easement would be deleted. This area is out- <br /> lined on Exhibit A. <br /> 4 ) Board did not want the additional 6 ' of walkway on the <br /> street connecting Deerwood and Red Fox Lane. <br /> I hope this covers it . If you have any differences , please <br /> let me know as we would like to proceed as soon as possible in <br /> the layout and construction of kway. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> G.M.
