PARK BOARD MINUTES <br /> JUNE 6, 1988 <br /> The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Park Board was called <br /> to order at 7 : 00 p. m. by Vice Chairman Ken Johnson, Monday <br /> June 6, 1988 at the Lino Lakes City Hall . Members present: <br /> Vice Chairman Ken Johnson, Candy Toffoli , John Bauman, and <br /> Bob Williams . Also present were: Public Works ➢irector - <br /> Don Volk, Council Liaison - Harold Bisel , TKDA Landscape <br /> Architect - Rich Gray, and Secretary - Connie Husby. <br /> Members not present : George Lindy, Ray Johnson, and Bill <br /> Nissen. <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES : <br /> MOTION: John Bauman moved to accept the May Park Board <br /> minutes . Candy Toffoli seconded the motion and the motion <br /> was carried unanimously. <br /> GARY UHDE - REVIEW OF SO. RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES PARK <br /> DEDICATION - REVIEW PHASE 2: <br /> Gary brought the grade plans of the 1st and 2nd phase of So. <br /> Reshanau Lake Estates for the Park Boards approval for <br /> dedication. Gary talked about interconnecting the Park <br /> Trail along the waterway regarding Phase 1 and Phase 2 . <br /> Gary also suggested a hard surface for bicycles etc. to <br /> travel on . The Park Board expressed their thoughts for <br /> exercise postings along the trails . <br /> MOTION: John Bauman moved to accept Phase 1 and Phase 2 for <br /> the park dedicated land. Bob Williams seconded the motion <br /> and the motion was caried unanimously. <br /> REVIEW OF ERICKSONS 2ND ADDITION - RON STAHLBERG PARK <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN UPDATE - REVIEW PHASE 2 : <br /> Rich Gray - TKDA' S Landscape Architect presented Preliminary <br /> Development plans for the park. <br /> The proposed activity areas will be separated by a multiple <br /> tear land contour design. The tot lot and picnic area will <br /> be close to each other. The restrooms will be centrally <br /> located. The proposed hockey area will overlay the outfield <br /> of the baseball field. City water is available to the park. <br /> MOTION: Bob Williams moved to accept the grading plan with <br /> a 1/2 inch slope on the hockey rink portion of the baseball <br /> field. John Bauman seconded the motion and the motion was <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> ARV GEARMAN - RICE LAKE ESTATES - PUD , PARK DEDICATION: <br />
