Community events and programs similar to Shoreview and White Bear Lake. We
feel we have to leave Lino Lakes to participate in these programs.
To remain country like.
A "town" development at 49 and Main.
Lite industry for tax base.
Since we live at the edge of Lino Lakes, very few of the facilities we pay for are
accessible to us.
Major campaign in promoting community. Based on recruiting quality citizens.
Speed limit signs on Black Duck Drive.
An additional park needs to be added in north Lino Lakes, especially around
Maple, Olive, Orange Street areas.
A stronger community spirit, all the old and new residents need to work to make
a quality community.
Traffic slow down on Lake Drive. Good community zoning and planning control.
A clear direction on future development (housing and commercial) and an
increased review on new developments. Better negotiations with developers
for "quality" projects that will help the property values of the city.
A plan for development so people know what's coming. Better mosquito control
in standing water.
To be more in contact with the school district about housing starts -- i.e., number
of children coming into districts.
A better place to put ads for day care and to find cars, etc.
Lower speed on Cty. Rd. 23.
Less people.
We really need some park facilities in southeastern Lino Lakes. Playground and
bike paths especially.
Day care facilities would top the list.
Nice family restaurant, highrise for the elderly, movie theater, a nice program for
the elderly.
Police to put more attention on criminal offenses rather than on driving offenses
and pulling people over with no real reason.
Restaurants and motels.
Open land.
Street lights. Weather sirens please.
Warning system for storms--street lights.
am sick of split entrys. NQ more. No more low housing, let's build some nice
homes.
Less government influence.
Repair the North County Line Road (85th Ave. NE).
Hockey Arena.
To execute a plan to attract service industries as part of its industrial develoment
program....get going!
Less non-local government, clean up the junk.
Less housing developments; i.e., trailer home parks, low quality developments.
I can't even get cable TV or city water and sewer.
44
