April 4, 1988 <br /> Park Board Minutes <br /> The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Park Board was called <br /> to order at 7 : 00 p. m. by Chairman Ray Johnson , Monday April <br /> 4th, 1988 at the Lino Lakes City Hall . Members present : <br /> Chairman - Ray Johnson , Ken Johnson , Bill Nissen , Candy <br /> Toffoli , Bob Williams and John Bauman . Also present were: <br /> City Administrator - Randy Schumacher, Council Liaison - <br /> Harold B:isel , City Engineer - Ron Stahlberg, Public Works <br /> Director - Don Volk , and Secretary - Connie Husby. <br /> Members not present. : George Lindy <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES : Chairman Ray Johnson approved the <br /> Park Board minutes of March 7 , 1988. <br /> REVIEW OF SO. RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES (Ron Stahlberg and Gary <br /> Uhde) <br /> Gary Uhde brought the grade plans of the 2nd phase of So. <br /> Reshanau Lake Estates for the Park Board to look at and give <br /> their final approval for park dedication . Gary said he was <br /> short 1 . 2 acres for park and would like to pay cash in lieu <br /> of park dedication. <br /> Let the records reflect that George Lindy joined the Park <br /> Board meeting at 7 : 20 p. m. <br /> Discussed were: * Walking path <br /> * Softball fields <br /> * Skating rink <br /> Tennis court <br /> * Depth of holding ponds & fencing <br /> etc . <br /> Park Board is looking at, part of the land for a hall.field. <br /> Gary Uhde will re-design his final plat and show the Park <br /> Board at the next meeting where the ball-field will fit in <br /> and also look at the other option of giving money to Park <br /> Board in lieu of land. He will come up with a plan for the <br /> next Park Board meeting. <br /> LAKEVIEW PLAT -- REVIEW OF PARK NEEDS (Ron Stahlberg) <br /> The latest proposal on Lakeview is the cul-de-sac <br /> arrangement . The Park Board wants an easement in access to <br />
