The City of Lino Lakes has <br /> the deed on file. <br /> OPEN MIKE: Jack Menkfeld - Ulmers 4th Addition <br /> Jack purchased land from Mr . Ulmer and suggested a cash <br /> offer as park dedication for the proposed subdivision lots , <br /> north of Sunrise. Mr . Schumacher recommended that Jack <br /> Menkfelds proposed subdivision be credited park dedication <br /> fees paid by the previous developer . <br /> MOTION: John Bauman moved to accept the Sunrise Meadows <br /> cash settlement determined by the City Staff. Bob Williams <br /> seconded the motion . There was discussion and John Bauman <br /> amended the motion : To accept the Sunrise Meadows cash <br /> settlement determined by the City Staff and the amount <br /> already paid is subtracted from the amount due now. Bob <br /> Williams seconded the amended motion . <br /> OLD BUSINESS : <br /> SCHOOL PARK SUBDIVISION: A. Centennial School District <br /> Letter <br /> B . Park Development, Bid <br /> The letter in the Park Board packet was explanatory. It <br /> explained that Mr . Vaughn is now authorized to use the <br /> district owned property on Birch Street in Lino Lakes for <br /> ,01N purposes of planting and harvesting a crop. <br /> School Bids : The two lowest bids were in the Park Boards <br /> packet which were 14 , 997 . 50 from D & V Trucking and <br /> Excavating and 14, 330 from Forest lake Contracting. Don <br /> Volk will get something in writting from Centennial School <br />
