Page - 1 - Park Board Minutes <br /> PARKBOARD MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 1 , 1988 y <br /> The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Park Board was called <br /> to order at 7: 00 p.m. by Chairman Ray Johnson Monday, <br /> February 1 , 1988 at the Lino Lakes City Hall . Members <br /> present : Chairman Ray Johnson, Ken Johnson, Bob Williams , <br /> John Bauman, Bill Nissen and Candy Toffoli . Also present <br /> were Public Works Director - Don Volk, City Administrator - <br /> Randy Schumacher, Liaison - Harold Bisel , City Planner - <br /> John Miller, and Secretary - Connie Husby. <br /> Members not present were: George Lindy. <br /> Consideration of Minutes - January 4, 1988. <br /> MOTION: John Bauman moved to accept the minutes as written <br /> and Bob Williams seconded the motion . The motion was <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Correction in Minutes from Secretary - Connie Husby to read <br /> as follows : Under discussion for REVIEW EXISTING PARKS <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLANS: Instead of money reimbursed from power <br /> lines , I made a correction and it now reads: <br /> * Money received from Anoka County <br /> for Right of Way on Main Street <br /> Improvement adjacent to City Hall <br /> Municipal Park, and what account did <br /> the money go into from this <br /> transaction. <br /> I made the correction on the permanent minutes in the City <br /> Hall files. <br /> RANDY SCHUMACHER - <br /> A. UPDATE SALE OF PROPERTY ON CTY. 14 <br /> A request was made by the Park Board to find out where the <br /> parks money went to from the right of way taken by Anoka <br /> County. There is a pending assesments hearing to be held <br /> by the City Council , the results of that meeting will <br /> determine whether any money is paid back to to the Park <br /> Board. <br /> RANDY SCHUMACHER - <br /> B. DEDICATED PARK FUND - LAWCON FUND TRANSFER <br /> The auditors made this decision when Randy Schumacher was on <br /> vacation. <br />
