AGENDA ITENII 4 =
MEMORANDUM
TO: All Park Board Members
FROM: Marty Asleson
DATE: January 24, 1992
SUBJECT: Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan
.r
Please find enclosed a copy of correspondence from Brauer &
Associates concerning our comprehensive plan, including an invoice
for the project costs to date. As you can see, we are within the
budgetary parameters of the project as the contract was written.
This contract did not include two areas that were within the
initial project scope considerations. These two elements were left
out in order to accomplish the bare necessary parts of this plan.
These two areas were Administrative Framework and Financing Sources
for Park Land Dedication and Development.
I feel that these are two important elements of the plan, and that
the fees to incorporate them are very reasonable. The question of
finance in particular, I am sure is on everyone's mind.
I will be looking for approval or disapproval to finance this final
phase through dedicated park monies.
