Based on the cities <br /> Parkland Dedication Ordinance, in developments with <br /> a density of 0 to 3 units/acre, I 'm obligated to <br /> contribute 10% of the land or an equivalent cash <br /> amount towards the cities park system. <br /> I 'm proposing to satisfy this obligation by contrib- <br /> uting the required cash. Said cash contribution <br /> would be $35, 000. 00, which is 10% of the total purchase <br /> price of the land, as evidenced by the attached Purchase <br /> Agreements. <br /> I 'm also proposing to grade and place the base material <br /> for a pedestrian and bike trail within the right of way <br /> along the West side of Ware Rd. and along the East side <br /> of S.T.H. #49.
