becomes a reality.
Clyde Rehbein points out that if the road is abandoned, and as a
separate issue, that the trail was intended to follow the power-
line easement due south of his project. Mr. Rehbein has stated
that he intends to develop the property to the south and at that
time the trail could be dedicated. I 'think that this is the
logical place to place the trail; however, if this is what happens
the city could be placed in a position of defending a trail
location after houses are established to the north in Fox Trace.
Clyde has stated that he could draft disclosures and a development
drawing with the trail located for home buyers. I have asked him
to address this in his proposal to the Park Board.
We were originally under the assumption that this subdivision was
to go to public hearing on the 8th of December. It now appears
that the hearing will be scheduled in January. At any rate this is
on the park board agenda to get the process going and may or may
not need future consideration.
,++ 1. Accept Clyde Rehbeins proposal for Fox Trace
2. Accept the proposal with an understanding that the above issues
be addressed.
3. Do not accept the proposal.
option 12, Accept the proposal with the understanding that permits,
disclosures, and road issues be approved.
