Aside from the many neighbors, it was attended by
Marty Asleson, John Baumann and Jeanie Kenow, City Community
Service Officer. Marty reports that this seems like a very good
neighborhood group. Everyone sat around and visited. He says they
asked many good questions about parks and recreation issues and had
some good ideas. John Baumann thinks one of the reasons this is
such a good group is because they have had a lot of input and
actually have worked in rk - they seem to have a feeling of
ownership regardin -i-he- ark. Marty says he wants to get a
neighborhood group toge er in the same way for Birchwood Park.
Athletic Complex site search - committee meeting will be October
5th. This committee is comprised of the original comprehensive plan
committee.
