Scope of Services Proposal Parks & Recreation Department for Country Lakes Park City of Lino Lakes Scope of Services for Work Tasks: Country Lakes Park • meeting with the Advisory Committee, city staff, and the public to Master Plan (cont.) review and discuss programming issues and developmental concerns. • prepare written and graphic documentation clearly defining the purpose of the park and issues affecting its future development. Task Product:a report outlining the proposed program for development. Task Ill. Site Analysis Overview:Through field research, Brauer& Associates will identify the site's physical characteristics and determine its developmental opportunities and constraints. This will allow both the City and Brauer& Associates, Ltd. to develop a clear understanding of the site's unique characteristics. Work Tasks: • base map set-up using city provided site survey. • site review and analysis to familiarize ourselves with the physical aspects of the site, including identifying current features, topography, vegetation, water resources, soils, and the relationship of the site to adjacent properties and land uses. • a site analysis graphic will be prepared for the site. • present site analysis findings to Advisory Committee and city staff(in conjunction with Task II - Program Development meeting). Task Product:a site analysis graphic. Task 1V.Alternative Concepts Overview.Using the adopted program, site analysis information, base mapping, and general knowledge about the project,Brauer& Associates, Ltd. will prepare a couple of alternative concepts. Work Tasks: • preparation of two alternative concepts that explore various design solutions for the site. • review meeting with the Advisory Committee and city staff to determine which alternative (or combination of alternatives) best represents their desires for the proposed site.
