They said they <br /> anted to think about it but wouldn't rule it out. They <br /> :onsider their property a hobby farm. If they sell a portion <br /> �f their land, they want to still be able keep their horse. <br /> _f he could get that in writing, from the city, then they may <br /> )e more willing. city code requires a five acre minimum to <br /> allow the resident to have a horse. If they sold enough of <br /> :heir land to meet the park dedication, the property owners <br /> could be shy of their five acre requirement by 4/10 of an <br /> acre. <br /> 3ill Nissen pointed out that if they do accept the park <br /> dedication and the $71000.00 cash.
